Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. Correct By: 07-Apr-2023
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Repeat Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. The spa free chlorine was 1.0 ppm. Please close spa until the fee chlorine is corrected. PIC notified and sign posted.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Correct By: 27-Apr-2023
