The licensee/authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Records are maintained and chemistry is tested daily; however, the facility is only recording the free chlorine on the record keeping book.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. Combined chlorine shall be tested daily.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter is non-functioning.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
