All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Corrected During Inspection pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was recorded at 8.0. Correction: Added pH reducer to low pH level.

Automatic chemical controller is not working; the system has a red blinking alarm light. ORP and pH are not being displayed on the unit. Until the automatic chemical control system has been fixed, the pool chemistry parameters will need to be recorded every 4 hours.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm. Combined chlorine levels were too high, superchlorinated the pool to reduce combined chlorine levels. Combined chlorine levels were checked multiple times.
