3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP is 135 mv.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Did not observe any records for March 26, 2024.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Critical Repeat The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. ACC is non-functioning and constantly alarming.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.

Repeat The facility's test kit was not properly supplied with R-0871
Please provide R-0871 to ensure the pool chemistry can be tested at the required frequency.
