Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. The GM stated he will contact corporate and have issue corrected. The tech was adding chemicals by hand.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018

Repeat Required flow meter was not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH was 8.0.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Corrected During Inspection Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm. The combined chlorine was 1.2 ppm. The tech was not able to bring water parameters within range. Therefore, the spa was drained and not placed in operation until water parameters were correct.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm. Correct By: 23-Mar-2018
