3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) / Pool structure is water tight
The pool structure was cracked, in disrepair and/or leaking water. Per owner, possible leak in the pool exists, making it difficult for bromine feeder to maintain minimum disinfection residual. Please have this repaired to ensure that bromine feeder is capable of maintaining minimum disinfection residual.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. Per owner, bromine feeder not maintaining the required minimum disinfection residual due to a possible leak in the pool.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.

Bromine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the pool.
Do not operatethe pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the bromine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
