Do not operatethe pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the bromine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Throw line not attached to ring buoy.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
