3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
The flow meter was not displaying the flow of the water through the pool. The float inside the meter was stuck at the bottom, and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
