Critical Lifeguards on duty were involved in other tasks. Pool was open with patrons in the pool area, and the gaurd was in the gaurd room.
Do not operate the pool when lifeguards are required but are assigned to other tasks.

The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Records could not be located.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Gate was chained in the open position. Gate must remain closed to prevent unauthorized entery into the pool area. Corrected. Gate was closed during the inspection.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
