Required flow meter gauge was not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter looked stuck and had many air bubbles. The PIC immediately issued a work order for repair or replacement.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Correct By: 10-May-2021
