3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. The cyanuric acid was 100 ppm.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. Correct By: 31-May-2018
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat The ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. The ACC unit was not operating properly. The GM stated he will contact corporate and have issue corrected.
