Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(8) / Spa water is drained at least every 30 days and is recorded
Spa water was not drained in the last 30 days.
Drain spa immediately and clean before placing the spa back in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook and/or a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool. Floatation device missing.
