The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Repeat The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. ACC is nonfunctional, unit is continuously alarming.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. ACC was alarming and pH/ORP could not be displayed.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed throw line for both flotation devices; however, the line is not attached.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
