The authorized representative was not maintaining operational records. Observed a few days not recorded on daily sheet. Note: Discussed concern with General Manager. She stated, "she will do routine record reviews too."
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. The pH was 7.0 ppm.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The total alkalinity 40 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
