The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Was not able to observe any records during inspection. Please ensure that chemicals are being tested and recorded.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Observed no depth markers/deck warning signs
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Observed open window in pool room. Please keep windows without screens closed to prevent unauthorized entry into the pool
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
