[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Chemicals are only being tested once a day in the afternoon. Front desk and maintenace have been told numerous times that the pool must be checked in the morning before bathers enter (7AM) and again anywhere between 11AM and 7PM.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.

Facility is still not keeping good records, pool is only being checked once a day in the PM. Pool should be checked at 7AM when the pool opens and again between 11AM and 7PM. If pool is not checked at the proper intervals, the hours should be changed.
