3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Records are not being maintained every 4 hours as required, due to not having an automatic chemical controller.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Please have this item corrected for the follow up inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH is 7.0 at the time of inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Please have this corrected before the next inspection.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 50 ppm at the time of inspection.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. Please have this item corrected before the follow up inspection.
