Records were not availabe at time of inspection. According to manager, they had been sent to corporate office. I adivsed records needed to be kept on site for review.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.

Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter is stuck.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
