Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. The PIC is not monitoring that the employees are testing the combined chlorine every day. Ensure this is recorded daily.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Correct By: 28-Sep-2023

Repeat Spa water was drained in the last 30 days. However, the PIC is not recording the fact it is drained at the end of the month. Ensure this is recorded on your operations form.
