3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval. The pool water was 91 degrees Fahrenheit. The PIC stated, "this issue will be addressed immediately and cold water will be added and the heater will be turned down."
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degrees Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health. Correct By: 30-May-2019
