Repeat Flow gauge was reading below the requried minimum at the time of inspection.
Please have the flow gauge serviced.

The operating water level of the pool was around 4 inches below the bottom of the skimmer with 4+ swimmers bathing.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat First aid kit was not provided at the pool.
Please provide a first aid kit at all times pool is operational.
