Repeat Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Phone calls front desk, sign does not indicate this. Sign must let patrons know that the phone will automatically dial the front desk, NOT emergency
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
