Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Chemistry levels were recorded at 7 am on 2/27/24. No records available for 2/28/24.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. No records recorded for 2/28/24.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Critical Repeat The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. ACC is continuously alarming and does not function.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
