Repeat Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(v) / Water clarity are not present
Repeat no water clarity records are being kept
Do not operate the pool while the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat there are no depth markers/deck warning signs on the deck of the pool.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Observed windows in pool area open. Windows do not have screens. keep windows closed or put screens on windows. Corrected: windows were closed.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(a) / DPD test kit used for testing water quality.
DPD test kit was not used for testing water quality. Please ensure that employees are using the DPD test kit provided in the pump room
Obtain a DPD test kit to test water quality of the pool.
