[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. ACC is broken and has been broken for a year. Owners have purchased new ACC, but have not installed. Must have fixed by next routine inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(v) / Water clarity are not present
Repeat No water clarity records are being kept. Water clarity during inspection was poor, but still able to see floor drain in deepest part of pool.
Do not operate the pool while the water is unclear. Determine cause of the lack of clarity and immediately correct the issue prior to bathers using the public swimming pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
