| Complaint on 02-Mar-2022 : Complaint: Complainant visited this facility from 2/26 - 2/29 her kids got sick (flu like symmptoms, diarrhea, and body rashes) she took them to the doctor and they were diagnosed with Hot Tub Folliculitis and advised to report it to the health department. Observation: No violations noted during the time of inspection. All chemicals were within acceptable parameters. |
