Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 27-Apr-2018

Repeat The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Observed records. No records are being kept for certain days of the week such as Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure that someone is testing the pool chemicals on the days that the pool is in operation.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed records, pool is not being tested until 11am everyday that person is there. If pool opens at 6am, then the pool must be tested prior to allowing people into the pool. If pool is kept closed until first reading is taken, then please change signs regarding pool hours. corrected by 4/27/18
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
