[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Free chlorine was below 1 ppm. The pool was closed until maintenance was able to get the pool in compliance with proper disinfection levels. Pool chemistry was re-tested and disinfection levels are acceptable.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Please ensure disinfection levels are tested every 4 hours the pool is open, including evenings and weekends.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Corrected During Inspection Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck and a reading could not be obtained. Maintenance fixed the flow meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Corrected During Inspection ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
