Disinfection residuals were only being tested once daily, but not after 12 hours of operation.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
The flow meter's bob was stuck at the bottom of the meter, and not properly displaying flow. Repair/replace the flow meter.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
