Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Depth Markers and NO diving signs are very hard to read.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.

12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook and/or a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool. Reach Pole with Sheperd's crook is missing.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times.
