Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter stuck at time of inspection, should be maintained in proper working condition.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(6)(a) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual is above 1 ppm.
Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
No first aid kit on site, please ensure this is available when pool is in operation.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
