[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Disinfection residuals must be taken every 4 hours the pool is in operation when the ACC is not in use.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH and Chlorine were not being tested at required interval (every 4 hours) while an Automatic Chemical Controller is not being used.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Flow gauge was not maintained while pool was in operation. Gauge stuck at bottom position.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat First aid equipment was not provided. Please provide gloves for the first aid kit.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.

Automatic Chemical Controllers were unplugged/not in use at time of inspection, please increase chemical testing interval to every 4 hours or resume Chemical Controller usage. KJS
