Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter's indicator was stuck at the bottom of the meter.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
