Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. The alkalinity was 30 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. Correct By: 01-Apr-2023
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. The spa chlorine disinfectant was .8 ppm. The spa was closed until corrected. The PIC was notified.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Correct By: 01-Apr-2023

Ensure noted findings are corrected before next routine inspection. Otherwise, all other water parameters are within requirements and records were available for review. (Spa Closed until corrected.)
Ensure that you are recording weekly alkalinity and the date you dump/drain spa on record sheet. Refill spa and make certain the spa water is at least half way level on the skimmers for proper filtration.
Furthermore, note the spa water was climbing, it was at 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
