Critical ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. The ACC unit appeared to be unplugged. Unable to get ORP and pH reading via the ACC.

Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working. No dial tone was present.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Correct By: 01-Jul-2022
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Observed at 0.6ppm.
