3701-31-04 (A) / All construction or alterations of a public swimming pool are approved
A new disinfection system was installed.
Submit an Equipment Replacement Notification form for the disinfection system to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual are provided as required
Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Gate to pool not self-closing.
Repair the gate so that it is self-closing.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
