3701-31-04 (D)(7)(e) / Automatic chemical controller shall be on the acceptable list maintained by the director.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. The ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. The GM stated he will contact corporate and have issue corrected.
Repair or replace the ACC unit with a unit that is on the list.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. Correct By: 30-Apr-2018
