The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Daily records are not being recorded accurately.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was above 8.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinity results are inconclusive.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Phone has no dial tone/is not in woking condition.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

Emergency phone had no dial tone and was not in working condition. Pool ladder needs secured. Management was advised.
