3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Records present for the entire month of January up until January 22, 2024.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Water chemistry was not tested from January 23, 2024 to January 26, 2024.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. Combined chlorine was not tested from January 23, 2024 to today, January 26, 2024.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. pH was not tested from January 23, 2024 to January 26, 2024.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH is above 8.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(02) / Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Critical Repeat The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. ACC is continuously alarming and does not function.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. ACC is alarming, pH and ORP could not be displayed.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed
