3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP reading at 634 mv.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Pool is only tested once a day. Pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m and must be tested twice a day.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed an active leak in the pump room, potentially from the ACC. The heater is not properly functioning.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
The pump room has a large amount of standing water underneath the ACC.
Please repair any leaking equipment in the pump room to ensure no standing water is present in the pump room.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter is not properly working.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
The operating water level of the pool was not maintained. Water level is below the overflow rim of the gutter.
Increase the volume of the pool water until the pool operating water level is restored.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH is above 8.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided. No gloves in the first aid kit.
Please provide gloves for the first aid kit. Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
