3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Repeat Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.

Comments
The spa had just recently been filled with fresh water, and needed time to return to normal. The surface of the spa had a significant amount of suds during jet operation, potentially indicating the presence of soap in the spa. Additionally, the automatic chemical controller indicated that the ORP was 999, which is mostly likely an error due to recently filling the spa with fresh water. Continue to monitor the ORP to ensure that the chemical controller is accurate.
