5-205.15(B) / PLUMBING SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR Repeat 1 toilet in each restroom and 1 urinal not working. Maintain plumbing in good repair.

Comments
The septic system is not being maintained according to law and is currently being referred to the Sanitarian in charge of that area. The system was dyed at the time of my inspection.
