Critical Corrected During Inspection Raw meat (chicken) stored above ready to eat food (cooked noodles) in bottom of prep unit.
Store all raw meat (including raw eggs) in a leak proof container and/or below ready to eat food. Corrected - disposed of noodles and moved chicken to the bottom of the prep unit.

Corrected During Inspection Wet wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer solution between use.
Store wet wiping cloths in sanitizer between use.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Employee prepping/cutting raw beef left work station and did not place meat in the cooler.
Ensure that when employees leave their work station for extended periods of time that they place the food back in the refrigerator if it is a time-temperture controlled food.

To prevent the entrance of insects and rodents keep back door closed.
