Non-durable equipment observed. Observed broken rubber seal located at reach-in cooler. Correction: Provide the necessary repairs in regards to reach-in cooler and seal, maintain at all times.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Correction: Provide repairs to hand sink located in the retail area in regards to hot water, maintain at all times.
