Critical Water clarity was not sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc). POOL WATER WAS GREEN AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. PH WAS 8 AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. ROPE NOT CONNECTED.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04(D) (6)(a) / Pool bromine disinfectant residual is above 2 ppm.
Critical Pool bromine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. NO BROMINE IN WATER. POOL CANNOT OPERATE UNTIL VIOLATION IS CORRECTED.
Do not operate the pool until the bromine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above.
