| Complaint on 18-Feb-2014 : Regarding complaint: Observed proper hair restraint being used by food employees at the time of inspection. Spoke with management about complaint. Management stated that of the employees working with food at the time the complaint was made, one does not have hair and the other wears a hat with long dark hair that was pulled into a ponytail. Owner provided security video that showed these employees working with proper hair restraint on the day of alleged hair contamination of food. |
