Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. The main preparation cold holding unit is in disrepair (lids, shelves, gaskets).

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. The coca cola cold holding unit is not approved to store TCS foods.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment are not clean (freezer, pizza oven, cold holding equipment, gyro equipment, fryer, grill, storage racks and shelves).
