Critical Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment (F'real milkshake machine) in which food was placed at the time of inspection
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food is placed. Provide a 2 inch air gap between the drain line outlet and the funnel rim to protect against contamination. Correct By: 02-Jan-2015
