Complaint on 31-Mar-2020 :

The Kent City Health Commissioner responded to a complaint at Eurogyro on 4/23/20.
There was concern that the employees were not following proper health and safety guidelines to remain open during the COVID19 pandemic (hand washing, sick employees, social distancing, etc.).
The Health Commissioner stated that the proper health and safety procedures were being followed at time of inspection.



An inspection was conducted on 4/24/20 in response to the complaint.

The employees were able to demonstrate proper procedures at time of inspection:
1. Employees were properly washing hands and wearing gloves.
2. Employees were working in the kitchen with proper social distancing.
3. Customers were abiding by the posted signs to maintain at least six feet apart when waiting for pickup orders.
4. The PIC was able to state the proper sick policy to keep symptomatic employees out of the kitchen.
5. There is no on site consumption permitted at the RFE.
6. The PIC was knowledgeable about proper health and safety procedures regarding food safety and COVID19.
7. The PIC was aware of proper cleaning procedures.

The PIC stated that additional staff training will take place to ensure compliance.
