| Complaint on 04-Dec-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent COVID complaint. At time of inspection, proper COVID guidelines were reviewed with the PIC. The PIC was aware that the Kent Health Department was required to be notified if there were COVID positive employees. The PIC stated that there have not been any employees test positive. The PIC was aware that potentially symptomatic employees were not permitted to work. |
